Your precious feedback is very much appreciated,even if you are not willing to spend your time but would like to advocate any proposals that will help our Indian societies. Please do not hesitate to advise us even if it is a subtle and well know idea. In my opinion there’s always something to learn from each other. None is superior to others.            Main goal of a Volunteer is to provide us with the details of the village you are from like population, literacy rate, problems to be addressed, kinds of crops grown, kinds of skilled people in your area and what kinds of small scale industries can flourish in your area given the right training and tools for the people. Once we get all these details, we will discuss about the solutions to the problems and start implementing them. Then 2-3 volunteers from their respective villages have to be compassionate towards their people and willing to represent their village and advocate them in order to bring awareness about the responsibilities/accountability of an individual in order to build prosperous and self sustainable societies. To do all of this all we need is your time and knowledge. We never ever expect a single paisa from you. After earnest deliberations we realized that simply giving away the money is not going to weed out the problems. Instead we should spend that money to train them, educate them and provide necessary tools to be productive there by making them self sustainable. Our philosophy is neither to provide kilo rice for Rs. 2 nor free electricity but to make them self sustainable.
